New Food Options, Stores at Quaker Bridge Mall

Starbucks Coffee, Zona Fresca and a joint Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon location will open this summer.

Quaker Bridge Mall will open of three new eateries, a new retail store and reopen Things Remembered, Simon Property Group announced Tuesday afternoon.

Starbucks Coffee, Zona Fresca and a joint Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon location will open this summer.

Things Remembered is expected to reopen this month with a new, boutique-style prototype store. Things Remembered offers wood flooring, lighting and fixtures. The redesign puts an emphasis on presentation, organizing products by occasion, in an effort to help shoppers find new, personalized gifts, Simon Property Group officials said.

The store will be located on the upper level between Macy’s and Lord and Taylor.

The new dining pavillion will be home to the Zona Fresca Mexican Grill and Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon, which offers breakfast items, panini sandwiches, gourmet pretzel dogs, fresh pretzels and cinnamon rolls.

The mall’s other Auntie Anne’s is located on the lower level in the food hallway.

Starbucks will be located next to Aeropostale on the upper level.

LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, which sells natural, handmade products, is new to the mall. The UK-based company, established in 1994, is located on the lower level near Center Court.

“Quaker Bridge Mall is thrilled to provide even more choices for our customers,” Mall Manager Lynda Benedetto said. “These recent announcements are exciting additions to our already robust retailer mix.”
