ReplyHere's another point. Corzine dramatically raised income taxes and sales taxes, while attempting to keep property tax increases low. So, the writer of this article is ignoring a lot of information by presenting a bunch of half truths.

ReplyLook at the growth of the NJ state debt ( including entitlements) under Corzine and under Christie. I think you will see a dramatic turnaround. The main problem with Corzine was not the fact that he was raising taxes on individuals, it was the fact that the state debt ballooned under him- under Christie the debt has dropped.

ReplyWe all say that educating our children is the most important thing we can do, yet we let this union put a stranglehold on the educational system. leading to mediocrity. Its mostly about protecting union members from losing their jobs: educating our children seems to be a secondary goal.
