U-Haul Truck, Car Overturn in I-95 Crash [Video]
Only minor injuries were reported in the four-vehicle pileup on Interstate 95 in Lawrence Township. One driver narrowly missed being impaled when a milepost sign pierced his windshield as his car flipped. A cat riding in another car escaped unharmed.
To the amazement of the emergency personnel and police who responded to the scene, no one was killed in a four-vehicle collision in which a U-Haul truck flipped onto its side and another vehicle came to rest on its roof along Interstate 95 in Lawrence Township this morning, Saturday, Feb. 2. In fact, only two people were transported to an area hospital to be treated for minor injuries, officials said. The accident, which was reported just before 7:55 a.m., happened along the northbound side of I-95 near Exit 7B, directly beneath the Route 206 overpass.
