Let's YO! Yogurt Now Open at Mercer Mall

Enjoy a frozen yogurt and iPads at Let's YO! Yogurt in Lawrence Township.

A new frozen yogurt shop, Let's YO! Yogurt, has opened in Mercer Mall in the 3300 block of Route 1 in Lawrence Township.  With a goal to enrich people’s lives with a healthy, nutritious frozen yogurt, guests can enjoy their favorite desserts made from fresh dairy and real fruit purees. Consumers can choose from a variety of healthy toppings, including Kashi and Bear Naked brands, plus fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and bananas. The shop opened on Dec. 1 and is open seven days a week. Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.   Let’s YO! False Bomb Threat Evacuates Mercer Mall Businesses

The Bed Bath & Beyond, PetCo, Tiger Schulmann’s Karate, and Ross Dress for Less were evacuated for about 90 minutes after someone phoned in a bomb threat. Police dogs were used to conduct a thorough search but no explosive device was found.

Four business in Mercer Mall were evacuated and explosives-detecting dogs used to conduct a search after someone phoned in a bomb threat to the Bed Bath & Beyond store late this afternoon, according to Lawrence Township police. Ultimately, no bomb was located and the four businesses – Bed Bath & Beyond, PetCo, Tiger Schulmann’s Karate, and Ross Dress for Less – reopened for business after about 90 minutes, police said. Police were alerted to the threat at the shopping center in the 3300 block of Brunswick Pike (Route 1) just after 4:45 p.m. Sgt. Vehicle Slams into Front of Pizzeria at Mercer Mall

The vehicle's 79-year-old driver suffered only minor injuries in the Monday morning crash, which caused damage to the restaurant and some support pillars for the roof of the shopping center's covered walkway, Lawrence Township police said.

An out-of-control car driven by an elderly woman jumped the curb and accelerated along the covered walkway outside a row of stores at Mercer Mall in Lawrence Township this morning (Monday, March 5). After damaging two pillars that support the roof of the walkway and slamming into the front wall of a pizzeria, the vehicle came to rest amid some landscaping. More than one bystander who stopped to snap a cell phone photo of the smashed car sitting in front of the Heavenly Ham and Red Moon Pizza storefronts called it a “miracle” and police officers and firefighters at the scene agreed it was amazing that no one was seriously hurt or killed in the crash.
