I am extremely disappointed with customer service at Patio World. We bought a set of furniture from them last July ('12) and paid over $5,000. The sales rep told us the furniture was so durable, it wouldn't need to be covered or brought indoors for the winter. After just one (very mild) winter, the aluminum frame of the table expanded and bowed and the finish is flaking off around it. The manufacturer claims this damage is not covered by warranty but that Patio World could replace the table. So I contact Patio World. After five days and re-sending an email, the person from Patio World finally got back to me saying that she would be out of the office, would follow up later in the week with Casual Creations but that they no longer have a relationship with them and wasn't sure what she could do about it. I wrote her back and expressed my disappointment with Patio World that it sounded like they weren't going to stand by the product they sold and I would like to escalate the matter. She then wrote me back basically admonishing me since she already told me that she wasn't at work and would have to get back to me later in the week. I'm not expecting a good outcome based on this exchange and am extremely disappointed with Patio World. Their sales rep sold us this furniture as a premium product that would be well worth the money since it would last 'forever'. They should stand by this statement and replace our table if they cared at all about their customers.
