I went there two years ago and will NEVER return. The place is a little dingy, the food was just greasy without having any discernably great flavors (other than soy sauce), and worst of all they are just rude people. They have a fish tank with about 10000 fish more than the tank is meant to hold. Those poor things can barely move. Thinking that they might not realize that it's important for animals to have room to exercise, I told the lady at the counter very politely (at first) that she needs a bigger tank. She was extremely rude, and other colleagues of mine who have gone since said that they will never return because the service was terrible AND it depressed them to see the fish like that, right at the entrance. Go to Tiger Noodle on Route 1 instead. Much better without the in-your-face cruelty or attitude.

NOT a child friendly restaurant!

I had lunch here with my mother and my 2 young sons. Before any warning lights go off, that this a clueless mother of misbehaving children, I'll add right now that I had pre-set my kids at the table while my mother and I took turns getting buffet food for my 4 year old (who sat quietly at the table using his utensils like a little lunching angel!) My baby sat in his car seat munching on his teether. Besides the 4 of us, two other diners were in the restaurant at noon.

The restaurant itself was clean and the buffet foods all looked fresh. There were no congealed-looking sauces or stale rice. I always judge a place by the hot and sour soup and here, it was not at all bad: while not being very spicy, it was also not overly sweet. The selection was small but adequate. The sauces were a bit sweeter than I generally prefer, but I didn't mind. What I DID mind was the hovering, glaring warning looks I kept receiving from the hostess and waitresses. Every time they came over, I would get the annoyed look from one and then she'd glance over at my kids. I'm used to a little of this and generally try to diffuse the situation with a smile while letting my children's good behaviour shine but they just would not lighten up until they saw us getting ready to leave!
So, if you're an adult on your own or with friends this is probably a fine, cheap lunch, dinner or take out. Having felt so unwelcome, I don't think I could enjoy trying to go again.
