Movie Matinee of 'Les Miserables' at Lawrence Library. Register. 2 p.m. 


Tuesday

Terhune Orchards presents its Read and Explore Program: the Gingerbread Man. Read The Gingerbread Man and learn about how the gingerbread man comes from a farm. Each child will then decorate a big gingerbread man cookie to take home. Registration requested. 10 a.m. 

Educational Seminar : 55+ Social Security Questions: We’ve Got Answers. 
Ka'Neda Bullock of Edward Jones in Lawrenceville, will host an educational presentation for people who are nearing retirement, ages 55 and up who have questions about social security. Leonardo's II Restaurant, reservations requested. 6:30 p.m.

CBC Business Networking Group hosts a talk by Marshall Calman of Leaderstrong. Congregation Beth Chaim, 7:30 p.m.

Book Sale preview at the Lawrence Library, 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Folk Concert: Love & Lore of the Civil War. Jennie Avila brings a program of songs based on Antietam-region Civil War stories, letters, and scrapbooks to the Princeton Folk Music Society. The songs cover stories such as a sister’s recollection of her brothers as enemy combatants to an account of the Angel of the Battlefield, Clara Barton. Featuring Stephen Wright on ceramic drums and Jan Ansill on violin and mandolin. Christ Congregation Church, 8:15 p.m.
