Lawrence's Meals on Wheels Program Receives $5,000 Donation
The grant was just one of 16 presented by the Lawrence Township Community Foundation in December.
Terrie Mansmann, vice president of Lawrence Township's Meals of Wheels program accepted a check for $5,000 from the Lawrence Township Community Foundation on December 12, 2013 at the historic Brearley House.
A total of $35,000 winter grants were awarded to 16 non-profit organizations serving the Lawrence Township community.
Each of the not-for-profit groups spoke briefly about the programs they offer, including Mansmann on behalf of Lawrence Township Meals on Wheels.
