Community Corner

CASA of Mercer County Volunteer Information Session

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for Children of Mercer County is a non-profit organization committed to speaking up in court for the best interests of children who have been removed from their homes due to abuse and neglect. CASA works through trained community volunteers to insure that needed services and assistance are made available while helping to move the child into a safe and permanent home.

Once accepted into the training program, CASA provides all the training you'll need to become a child advocate for one child or sibling group.

Our Fall Training begins in October, 2012. Please plan on joining us at one of our upcoming information sessions! To RSVP, please go to our website:  www.casamercer.org or give us a call at 609-434-0050.
