Very unorganized

Brought my son here from a friend recommendation. There services did not help him, but that's not why I'm writing this. You will notice they are very hard to reach. No one answers the phone, emails take weeks to be returned. This alone would not warrant a bad review. A couple months after my son stopped seeing them we received a bill I called and left a message asking what it was for. No reply. I call back a week later....same thing. Six months later same thing again....Bill...what is it for?...no reply. Eight months after that I receive a letter from a collection agency for $60...really!?! I call the collection company, tell them I can never reach VCS, they tell me date of service, I tell them my son was back at college by that date. Claim eventually is dropped. Record you dates...check your invoices.
