Weather, Visit an Author, Free Airport Tour and Family Art Night

1. Today's forecast calls for scattered  showers and thunderstorms, then showers likely and possible thunderstorms after 2 p.m. High temperature is expected to be 87.

2. Stop by the Lawrence Nature Center for a free Family Art Night. Create a piece of nature art with teachers Susan Kiley and Toj Colavita. Preregistration is necessary. 7 p.m. 

3. Bring your child to Terhune Orchards' "Read & Pick" program. Learn about flowers on the farm, listen to a story about flowers and pick a container of fruit. Suitable for children ages preschool to 8. 9:30-11 a.m. 

4. Join author Lily Koppel as she discusses her book “The Astronaut Wives Club” at the Princeton Public Library. The book tells the story of the women who stood behind some of the biggest heroes in American history, how they became celebrities, and supported each other with lifelong friendships, 7-9 p.m. 

5. Bring your aviation enthusiast to the Princeton Airport for a free airport tour. Everyone is welcome, from pre-schoolers to seniors. 10:30 a.m., weather permitting.
