School District Cancels Saturday Events
With snow on the way, the Lawrence Township public school district cancelled all Friday night and Saturday events, including ACT testing and athletic programs.
Editor's Note: The following announcement was issued at noon Friday, Feb. 8 by Lawrence Township Public Schools.
Due to the forecast inclement weather, all district events/activities are cancelled beginning at 6 p.m. today, Friday, Feb. 8. Our buildings will close at that time.
All events/activities scheduled for Saturday, Feb.9 - including ACT testing, athletic programs, and Lawrence Township Recreation Dept district building usage - are cancelled.

Students scheduled to take the ACT test should check the ACT website for a rescheduled date and should retain their admission tickets.
