'Preschool and Activities Fair' to be Held Saturday

The Jan. 21 event at Lawrence High School will offer "one-stop shopping for information about area preschools and activities for young children in Mercer County."

The Mom’s Club of Lawrenceville-East will host its annual "Preschool and Activities Fair" at Lawrence High School from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Jan. 21.

The event at the school at 2525 Princeton Pike will offer "one-stop shopping for information about area preschools and activities for young children in Mercer County."

The fair is free and open to the public and will feature free babysitting services, as well as face painting and other activities to occupy young children.

In the event of snow, the fair will be rescheduled for Jan. 28.

Started in California in 1983, the MOMS (Moms Offering Moms Support) Club is a national nonprofit organization that provides encouragement, support and friendship to stay-at-home mothers.

Lawrence Township is served by two chapters of the organization: MOMS Club of Lawrenceville-East and MOMS Club of Lawrenceville-West
