Christine Flail, 5th Grade Teacher at Lawrence Intermediate School;

Eileen Cramer, Library/Media Specialist at Lawrence Middle School and,

Nominees selected must have distinguished themselves during the school year through exceptional contributions.  As established by the state, some of the criteria for selecting teachers are:

  • use of effective instructional techniques and methods;
  • establishment of productive classroom climate and rapport with students;
  • development of feelings of self-worth and love of learning in students.

“We are so fortunate to have such excellent educators as part of our Lawrence Township family.  These hardworking professionals represent a diverse group, which not only includes Common Core area teachers, but also includes those who specialize in art, health/PE, athletics, media services and academic support instruction.  Whether in the classroom, in the library or on the basketball court, these individuals continue to exemplify what we are about: Lead, Achieve and Succeed," said Dr. Crystal Edwards, superintendent.
