“Taking Care of Your Heart” workshop will be held at County Connection. High blood pressure is one of the many risk factors for heart disease.  Join us for a free heart health workshop that will include free blood pressure screenings.  Guest speaker will be Dr. Pirouz Parang, cardiologist, Heart Care Specialists at Capital Health.
