Introduction to Babysitting Basics

For ages 10 to 13. Online registration is required starting Tuesday, July 5, at 9:30am.

Class size is limited to 20 participants.

Online waiting list will contain three names. You will be contacted if a space becomes available.

This one hour introductory course is designed for preteens and teens who are considering babysitting. Topics will include: Staying safe and keeping children safe, how to get ready to be a babysitter, how to get and keep babysitting jobs and how to care for a young baby. Please bring a doll or stuffed animal for diapering/swaddling.

Led by Carolyn Schindewolf, Health Educator and Safe Sitter Instructor, Community Education and Outreach, Princeton HealthCare System.
