Dr. Wendell to be Honored Tomorrow at Slackwood
The beloved principal of Slackwood Elementary School is retiring after 21 years of service to the Lawrence Township school district.
Dr. Patricia Wendell, beloved principal of Slackwood Elementary School, will be honored tomorrow, Friday, June 3, during a gathering to be held from 4 to 6 p.m. in the school yard at 2060 Princeton Pike.
Wendell, who has served the Lawrence Township school district for the past 21 years, is retiring at the end of the current school year.
The Slackwood School PTO, which is hosting the event, invites past and present students, and other supporters, to attend to wish Wendell well in her retirement and thank her for her years of dedicated service to the township.
