College Volleyball: Rider University 3, Saint Peter’s University 0
Led by sophomore Jaclyn Webber and junior Bridget Sheerin, the Rider University volleyball team defeated Saint Peter's University 3-0 on Wednesday evening (Oct. 17).
JERSEY CITY — Led by 14 kills, seven digs and two blocks from sophomore Jaclyn Webber (Anaheim, Calif./Canyon) and 13 digs and 11 kills from junior Bridget Sheerin (Oak Lawn, Ill./Marist), the Rider University volleyball team defeated Saint Peter’s University 3-0 in a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference match on Wednesday evening (Oct. 17).
Rider (10-10, 4-7 MAAC) won the match 25-21, 26-24, 25-18.
Also for the Broncs, senior Brittany Gajewski (Whitehouse Station/Hunterdon Central) had 18 digs with junior Meghan Bartsch (Cranford) adding 38 assists.

Rider swept the season series, defeating the Peahens 3-0 on Oct. 7 in Lawrenceville.
Rider hosts Loyola Maryland on Saturday at 1 p.m. in a MAAC match in Alumni Gymnasium.
