Community Update

Horrible experience with billing. They never sent us a statement, nor called. They proceeded to send us to collections without notice 5 weeks after our date of service. If they had called once, we would have paid it immediately. I called to ask them about this and was informed that they will only make one attempt to contact you via mail, and even if they have the wrong address (as they sent my bill to the wrong address,) they will make no further attempt to contact you. We will not be returning.
