Tonight's Township Council Meeting Agenda Available

Lawrence Township Council is expected to approve a number of resolutions at tonight's meeting.

The agenda for tonight’s Lawrence Township Council meeting, and an accompanying memo from Township Manager Richard Krawczun, can be downloaded from Lawrence Township’s official website or from the PDF box at the right of this page.

The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the council chambers of the municipal building at 2207 Lawrence Rd. (Route 206).

Listed on the agenda are over 20 resolutions expected to be approved by council, including one supporting the lowering of the speed limit along Lawrence Road (Route 206) from 40 mph to 35 mph between Brearley Avenue and Skillman Avenue.

Also expected to be approved at the meeting is an ordinance creating a handicapped parking space in front of a home on Puritan Avenue, and the awarding a bid in the amount of $327,000 for the repaving of a section of Bergen Street.
