The next Lawrence Township Council meeting will take place today, Tuesday, May 1, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the municipal building at 2207 Lawrence Rd. (Route 206).

Discussions about the 2012 municipal budget are expected to resume tonight. It is likely that a report will made about the to review the budget in the wake of voters on April 17 rejecting the township’s 9-cent tax rate increase referendum.
