Lawrence Township to Hold Flu Clinic Today

Vaccinations will be free for Lawrence Township residents who are 60 years of age or older and those who are younger but have a doctor's prescription. All other township residents will be charged a fee of $15.

The Lawrence Township Health Department will conduct a flu immunization clinic today, Wednesday, Nov. 28, from 3 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.

The clinic will be held in the Lower Level Conference Room at the Lawrence Township Municipal Building, 2207 Lawrence Rd. (Route 206).

The clinic is for Lawrence residents only.

A fee of $15 will be charged for any resident who is not over the age of 60  or who does not have a prescription from a physician for a chronic illness. Only cash and checks will be accepted for payment.

It is requested residents bring their Medicare card if they receive Medicare benefits. A photo identification card will be required if over the age of 60 years. A prescription is required for residents with a chronic illness.
