Flu Clinic to Be Held Thursday for Lawrence Residents

Lawrence Township residents can receive a flu vaccination for $15. The fee is waived for township residents 60 years or older, and for township residients with a physician's prescription.

The Lawrence Township Health Department will conduct a flu clinic for township residents tomorrow, Thursday, Oct. 27, from 2:30 to 4 p.m.

The clinic will be held at the Lawrence Township Municipal Building located at 2207 Lawrence Rd. (Route 206). In order to receive a flu vaccine at this clinic, individuals must show proof of residency. 

There is a charge of $15 for a flu shot, with the exception of residents over the age of 60 or those residents with a chronic illness.

To be exempt from the fee, individuals must show proof of age 60 years or older or have a prescription from their physician for a flu shot.
