Police: Prostitution at Red Roof Inn, Masturbation at Bus Stop

A Cherry Hill woman was arrested on May 1, after Lawrence Township Police say she propositioned an undercover officer for sex. 

Qing Zhan, 42, was charged with prostitution and promoting prostitution after an undercover officer discovered her online ad, went to the Red Roof Inn and was offered sex in exchange for money. Zhan was released on a summons. 

A couple of days earlier, on April 30, a Quaker Bridge Mall employee reported that she was in the bus stop hallway, looking towards the glass doors, when she saw a man looking at her and masturbating. He went into the parking lot and disappeared. Det. Potter is investigating. 

The man is described as black male, between 30-35 years old, 5'5"-5'7", medium build wearing a black hoodie with white writing (hood over his head) and black pants.
