He said she was rushed by ambulance to Capital Health Regional Medical Center. While her injuries are serious, she is expected to survive, he said.

As detectives from the township and the prosecutor’s office investigated this morning, they called a township fire engine to the scene to provide a ladder that they climbed to take photographs of the porch roof on the side of the house. A slipper found sitting on the roof was collected as evidence by a detective.
