Police Athletic League Building Burglarized in Lawrence

The break-in occurred at a Trenton Police Athletic League storage building located on Betts Avenue in Lawrence Township.

A burglary at a Trenton Police Athletic League storage building located in Lawrence Township is under investigation by township police.

The crime was reported to Lawrence Township police about 12:30 p.m. today (Friday, Sept. 30).

The storage building is next to the Trenton Police Athletic League baseball field that sits behind the Trenton Policemen’s Benevolent Association hall at the dead end of Betts Avenue, off Princeton Avenue, in Lawrence.

A door to the building had reportedly been forced open, and an old refrigerator and some fencing were among the items found to be missing by Trenton PAL officials.

It is unclear at this time if the break-in at the Trenton PAL building is related to any of the .
