Toms River police say a resident of a Red Roof Inn told the manager he just needed to run to the bank to get $350 owed for a bill—and that's exactly what the man did. Only, the thing is, police say, when he got to the bank, he didn't whip out an ATM card or request a withdrawl from his account—instead, . And as it turns out, they frown on that sort of thing in Toms River. A suspect was arrested without incident after a police dog helped track him to the inn, police said.
