Grand Jury Indicts Lawrence Man Accused of Exposing Himself to Young Girls

The suspect, Giovanni Baulo, was charged with multiple counts of sexual assault, lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child following his arrest in June, according to authorities.

A Lawrence Township man who was arrested in June after he allegedly exposed himself to three young girls as they walked their dog at the White Pine apartment complex was indicted last week by a Mercer County grand jury, according to a report by the Times of Trenton.

Back in June, authorities from the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed that Giovanni Baulo, who is now 37, had been charged with multiple counts of sexual assault, lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child following the incident which allegedly happened about 8 p.m. Friday, June 15, in the apartment complex on White Pine Circle, located at the end of Skillman Avenue off Lawrence Road (Route 206).

According to authorities, the victims – two 10-year-old girls and a 3-year-old girl – were walking their dog when Baulo approached and started to talk to them about their pet. During that conversation, Baulo allegedly exposed his penis and touched himself in front of the girls, authorities said.
