The East Windsor Township Police Department says it needs help in locating a missing "at risk" person.
Phillips Brooks, 81, described as a white male, 5 foot 7 inches, 150 lbs., with blue eyes, and a bald head with gray hair on sides, was last seen at 200 Etra Road, East Windsor Township.
He was driving a red 2006 Subaru Forester wagon with a New Jersey plate ZTS47Y. An E-Z Pass check indicates Brooks was in Cape May on April 4, 2014 at 6:53 p.m., police said.
Brooks suffers from dementia, vertigo, and requires medications for numerous ailments.
