Obituary: Josephine Pinelli, 90

Josephine Pinelli, 90, of Lawrence Township died on Sunday, Feb. 24, at Lawrenceville Nursing and Rehabilitation.  

Born in Trenton she resided in Lawrence most of her life.   Mrs. Pinelli had been a clerk in the Rider College Bursars office for 18 years before her retirement in 1987.  

Mrs. Pinelli was a longtime and dedicated member of The Church of St. Ann and the Altar Rosary Society.

Daughter of the late Antonio and Angelina Di Marco Falcone, she is survived by her husband of 63 years, Raymond Pinelli, her son and daughter-in-law, Raymond and Cynthia Pinelli; her daughter and son-in-law, Jo Ann and Robert Flynn; her three beloved grandchildren, Elizabeth and Andrew Pinelli, and Rory Flynn; and many nieces and nephews.

She is also survived by her two brothers-in-law, John Pinelli and Alexander Pinelli; and her three sisters-in-law, Helen Falcone, Laura Falcone, and Christine Pirone.

She was predeceased by her sister, Irene Mando, and her brothers, Mark, Joseph, and William Falcone.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 1, at 10:30 a.m. at The Church of St. Ann, 1253 Lawrence Rd., Lawrence. Burial will be in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton.  

Friends may call on Thursday, Feb. 28, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Rd., Lawrence.
