Obituary: Elizabeth A. Dillon, 80

A resident of Lawrence Township for the past 17 years, her memorial service will take place on Saturday.

Elizabeth A. Dillon, 80, of Lawrence Township, died Monday, Sept. 10, at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton.

Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she had resided in Lawrence for the last 17 years.

Elizabeth was a member of , the Rocky Brook Garden Club and the Hightstown Woman’s Club.

Daughter of the late William and Winifred Colford Fitzpatrick, she is survived by her loving husband Robert Dillon; her three daughters, Maura Elliott and her husband Jocelyn, Kathleen Campbell, and Meg Kibble and her husband Gerald; and a son, Michael Dillon and his wife Carolee.

Also surviving are 14 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, two sisters, Mary Keogh and Eileen Frisvold, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service for Elizabeth will be held on Saturday, Sept. 15, at 1 p.m. at , 650 Lawrence Rd., Lawrence, with Monsignor Vincent Gartland, pastor of The Church of St. Ann officiating.

There will be no calling hours and burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in Elizabeth’s memory be made to the American Heart Association, 1 Union St., Suite 301, Robbinsville, N.J. 08691
