Obituary: Anthony M. Toto, 57

The former Lawrence Township resident will laid to rest on Thursday, Dec. 27.

Anthony M. Toto, 57, of Ewing died Friday, Dec. 21, at home.

Born in Princeton, Anthony resided in Lawrence Township and Hamilton before moving to Ewing a year-and-a-half ago.

Anthony graduated from Notre Dame High School, Class of 1973, and was an avid New York Yankees fan.

Son of the late Berardino Toto, he is survived by his mother, Gilda Toto; his brother, Paul Toto and his wife Jill; his sisters, Rosemary Sciabbarrasi and her husband Joseph, and Anna Majeski and her husband Anthony. Also surviving are his nieces and nephews, Melisa Keller and her husband Christopher, Michael and Matthew Sciabbarrasi, Jenna Toto and Andrew Tomaszewski; and many cousins, aunts and uncles.

Services for Anthony will be held on Thursday, Dec. 27, beginning at 8 a.m., from Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Rd., Lawrence Township.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at St. Paul’s R. C. Church, Princeton. 

Entombment will follow in St. Mary’s Mausoleum, Hamilton.

Visitation for relatives and friends will be on Wednesday, Dec. 26, from 3 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
