Women's Self-Defense Classes in Lambertville

Two Krav Maga instructors are offering classes to teach women simple skills in order to effectively defend themselves against attackers.

Two Krav Maga instructors are offering monthly self-defense classes for women at Body Tech Fitness in Lambertville. Instructor Mimi Rowland and Instructor/NJ police officer Mike Delahanty felt that there was a need to offer women in the New Hope/Lambertville area the opportunity to learn skills with which to defend themselves because so many work late hours in local bars and restaurants. The classes will meet on the last Monday of each month from 6:30 to 8PM beginning March 25th.

No previous training or level of fitness is required. Just bring gym clothes and a desire to become empowered by learning simple skills that wil keep you safe and build your confidence. Delahanty and Rowland have been training women at their weekly classes in Allentown, NJ and have seen their students' abilities and awareness grow tremendously. The women are now able to think in safer ways, have a heightened awareness of their surroundings, and know how to defend themselves against common attacks on women.
