Lecture on Home Care for Seniors to be Given Today
The lecture today (Jan. 2) and glaucoma and vision screenings next Wednesday (Jan. 9) will take place at Lawrence Senior Center and are sponsored by the Lawrence Township Health Department.
“Tips for Hiring Home Care,” a lecture by Elaine Szydlo from CareFocus, will be given at 11 a.m. today, Wednesday, Jan. 2, at the Lawrence Senior Center, located at 30 Darrah Lane East.
And next Wednesday, Jan. 9, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. representatives of Matossian Eye Associates will visit the senior center to perform glaucoma and vision screenings.
The screenings are limited to Lawrence Township residents only and appointments are needed. Appointments can be made by calling the senior center at (609) 844-7049.
