Ernie White Band Will Give Free Concert on Saturday

The performance on Aug. 20 at Mercer County Park will conclude the county's 2011 "Music in the Park" concert series.

Editor's Note: The following is a new release that was issued by the Mercer county administration.

Mercer County’s favorite son of rock 'n' roll, Ernie White, ends this season’s "Music in the Park" concert series with the Ernie White Band “full electrical assault” on Saturday, Aug. 20, beginning at 6 p.m. on the lakefront at Mercer County Park Marina, West Windsor.

"Music in the Park" is a free-admission family-friendly event that offers a great time at bargain prices. In addition to the on-your-feet performance by the Ernie White Band, there will be food, wine and beer for sale. Families are welcome to bring picnic-style dinners and lawn chairs. The show runs until 8 p.m.
