Bruce Springsteen, Rolling Stones Tribute Bands Set for Summer Concert Series

Tramps Like Us will perform Aug. 23, and Satisfaction will perform Aug. 24.

Mercer County Park in West Windsor will welcome Bruce Springsteen and Rolling Stones tribute bands on Aug. 23 and 24 as part of the Summer Concert Series 2013, Mercer County Executive Brian M. Hughes announced on Friday.

Tramps Like Us, a Bruce Springsteen tribute band, will perform at the Marina on Friday, Aug. 23, 6-8 p.m.

Satisfaction, an international touring Rolling Stones tribute show, will perform at the Marina on Saturday, Aug. 24, 6-8 p.m.

The Marina features a snack bar, open from 11 a.m.-7 p.m., Wednesday-Sunday. It offers hot dogs, pretzels, ice cream, soft drinks and coffee, among other snacks.

Those attending the concert will be able to purchase food, dessert, ice cream and smoothies, and have access to a beer and wine garden for the events.

Entrances to the park can be found on Old Trenton Road and Hughes Drive in West Windsor. Those attending the concerts will be directed by park rangers and electronic signs. Concert-goers are encouraged to bring their own blankets and chairs.
