Regional Blood Drive to be Held Jan. 23

The American Red Cross Blood Drive will be held from 1 to 7 p.m. Jan. 23 at PEAC Health & Fitness on Lower Ferry Road in Ewing Township.

PEAC Health & Fitness will be hosting its annual American Red Cross Blood Drive on Monday, Jan. 23, from 1:00 – 7:00 p.m. 

Located at 1440 Lower Ferry Rd. in Ewing, PEAC is conveniently and centrally located within the Ewing, Pennington, Hopewell, Lawrenceville, and Yardley communities, two miles from Exit 4 on Interstate 95 (Route 31 South).

“The need for blood is ongoing, especially to those suffering from illness and cannot live without blood transfusions,” said Carol Field, account executive from the American Red Cross.  You can donate blood every 56 days, and every unit of blood collected helps three people.

The Blood Drive is open to the public.  Be sure to bring your photo identification, eat a healthy breakfast and drink plenty of fluids before donating.
