UWGMC has collaborated with community agencies, banks, government, and Mercer Alliance to End Homelessness to bring all the services someone would need to get on the path to financial success, all under one roof. The FEC will help families become more self-sufficient by giving them the skills to build assets and create more income for their households.

“The FEC presents an opportunity to listen to the needs of the community we serve, survey individuals that are losing financial security, and assess how our community may best maximize the resources that are available to assist them to maintain economic stability,” stated Ely Mateo, assistant vice president of resource investment at United Way of Greater Mercer County.
