Chipotle Mexican Grill is now open at the Square at West Windsor on Route 1, at the corner of Meadow Road.

The restaurant, located at 3524 Route 1, opened on Wed., Feb. 6. Hours of operation are 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.

Chipotle prides itself on using fresh ingredients and simple menu to create fast but filling burritos, burrito bowls, tacos and salad.
