Gwinnett County residents have lost over 2,000 lbs since January 2011 in a local weight loss program. Sandi Porter sponsors the program through her company Start With The Inside as a way to introduce safe and healthy weight loss to people. The program is 12 weeks long and covers nutrition, exercise and emotional health. Registration for the next session has been extended to August 15, 2012. The next program begins August 20th and runs for 12 weeks.
